We are sorry if you are having second thoughts about your product(s). However, don't worry; you have 30 days from the received order date to return it.
How to return your product
1. Start your Return here
2. Enter your order number and email address.
3. Select your items, reason, and click "confirm".
4. If approved, you will receive an email confirmation with shipping guidelines within 1 business day.
We guarantee all Zencore's products to be free of manufacturer defects and to perform to the highest quality standards. If you for any reason are not satisfied, we accept unused, unwashed, unaltered merchandise with tags attached. Once received, all items are subject to inspection. If the returned order is dirty or damaged, we may not refund the whole purchase amount. Customer is responsible for return shipping cost.
Do you want to exchange to a different size or product? Select "Exchange" during the Return process and let us know more details about your preferred exchange. Customer is responsible for the exchange return shipping cost.
If you suspect that you received an incorrect item, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org (or use form below) before shipping the item(s) back to us.
Unless anything else is agreed, we will process the return within 2-5* business days of receipt and apply a credit to your original payment method. Once this is complete, you will receive a confirmation email from us. Depending on your bank, please allow up to ten billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement. We do not refund shipping charges.
