These terms and conditions apply to all purchase orders submitted to zencore AB’s Web Site on www.zencoreyoga.com (hereinafter referred to as the ”Web Site”). This also cover all purchase agreements that a consumer enters into from a distance with zencore AB, hereinafter referred to as ”zencore”). You are instructed to read these terms and conditions before placing any orders. By placing an order, you confirm that you accept these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions may be updated by zencore in the future, at any time.
A binding purchase agreement is entered into as soon as your order has been confirmed and an order confirmation has been sent from zencore to the e-mail address you entered. If incorrect price has been displayed on the Web Site you will be offered to either purchase the item to the correct price, or cancel the order. zencore reserves the right to decline or rescind a purchase agreement if fraud or other actions similar to fraud, such as unlawful use of another person’s credit card, is suspected.
The Web Site is intended for sales to consumers only. If you are below the age of 18 you must gain parental approval before submitting any order through the Web Site.
If not, the buyer may become liable for the possible costs an invalid agreement may involve.
Taxes & Duties
European union
On all orders from within the EU prices include local VAT and are payable in the currency indicated at the Web Site. All taxes and duties are included in the price at checkout.
Rest of the World
On all orders outside EU, price payed at checkout are exclusive of taxes and duties as well as VAT. International orders can incur taxes, duties and other levies as determined by the Local Customs Authority within the destination country of your order. This is not uncommon when shipping to a non-EU country. Although this does not always occur, assessment of duties and taxes will be based on the value of the order and the Tax-free threshold (if it exists) for goods imported into the destination country. While we apologize for any inconvenience, we have no control over such fees. Payment of any duties and taxes is the responsibility of the recipient and will not be refunded or compensated by zencore (More information can be obtained by contacting your local customs office).

Pricing & Payment
zencore uses PayPal and Shopify Payments for secure online credit and debit card payments. Please refer to Paypal and Shopify Payments to read more about their services specifically. Where payment is subject to validation and/or authorization by a card issuer or bank, any Order Confirmation is subject to such validation or authorization. The prices at the Web Site are current prices and may be changed at any time. zencore is not bound by price indications on the Web Site which the buyer must reasonably or apparently understand are incorrect and which, for example, have occurred due to technical problems in the web platform or rates that have been manipulated by the customer. Any orders hereby can systematically be cancelled. Should any unauthorized charges appear on your credit card as a result of shopping with zencoreyoga.com, you must notify your credit card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.
Delivery & Shipping
We always do our best to deliver your order as soon as possible. Normally orders ship within 1-2 business days from order confirmation and can be expected to be delivered within the timeframe displayed at checkout. Delivery times are estimates only and may take longer than expected (particularly during peak seasons e.g. Christmas). We currently ship to most countries but may not ship to certain countries outside the European Union. Should you have an inquiry as to whether or not we ship to a specific location, please contact our support team at support@zencoreyoga.com. For non-EU customers, please be advised that additional VAT, customs charges and other levies may be incurred by your local Customs Authority on your import, at applicable rates. You are asked to inspect delivered items upon delivery and report any deviations found as described under our Returns policy.

Right of withdrawal, Returns, and Exchanges
We offer you a 30-day right-of-return of your order, calculated from the date you ordered. If you wish to make such a return please follow our return instructions. Items shall be returned properly wrapped and packed. As soon as we have received the returned items, and have been able to confirm that the return requirements are met, we will refund your payment. In case you find that an item delivered by us to you is defective you should contact our support team as soon as possible with a formal complaint, to get a replacement delivery. The same applies in case you identify that a product has been damaged during transportation or you identify other deviations in the delivery, e.g. received the wrong or multiple products. Customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. In case of a return the risk (for loss or damage during delivery) is on the customer. If you want to exchange to a different size or product, select "Exchange" during the Return process and let us know more details about your preferred exchange.
Promotions & Discounts
On orders eligible for discount, the value of the discount is considered as a general discount on the total amount of the order. If part of or the entire order is sent back for refund the value of the returned merchandise is recalculated and the purchase price minus the relative share of the overall discount will only be credited.
Promotions and discount codes are only valid on new orders and cannot be applied retrospectively.
Products, content and specifications
All features, content, specifications, products and prices of products and services described or depicted on this Web Site are subject to change at any time without notice. Certain weights, measures and similar descriptions are approximate and are provided for convenience purposes only. We make all reasonable efforts to accurately display the attributes of our products, including the applicable colors; however, we cannot guarantee that the colors appearing on the online store in detail reflect the product colors. The colors can be reflected in different ways depending on for example your computer or phone screen, graphic card and your computer settings. The consumer may also, in accordance with the regulations in the Swedish Code of Judicial Procedure (1942:740) bring a suit to the court in the place where the consumer resides.
Termination of use
You or we may suspend or terminate your account or your use of this Web Site at any time, for any reason or for no reason. We may also block your access to our Web Site in the event that (a) you breach these Terms and Conditions; (b) we are unable to verify or authenticate any information you provide to us; or (c) we believe that your actions may cause financial loss or legal liability for you, our users or us.
Disputes
