Shipping & Returns

Below are some common questions about shipping, returns, and exchanges

Do you ship globally and how much does it cost?

We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders over €50. Delivery time depends on the shipping address in which you want your order to be delivered. We also offer UPS express shipping for a fee in cases where you need your products faster. All shipping costs and delivery times are shown during the checkout process. Please refer to our shipping page for detailed shipping information. 

Where is my item(s) shipped from?

Orders are shipped from Borås, Sweden.

Do I have to sign my package upon delivery?

For safety reasons, we require a signature upon delivery with UPS orders. If you choose local mail instead of UPS, then no signature is required. For more information about your order, please contact us at support@zencoreyoga.com.

What happens if the address I entered was incorrect?

The customer is fully responsible for entering the correct information when ordering at zencoreyoga.com. Zencore is not responsible for the non-delivered/extended delivery time if your address is incorrect. We always recommend customers to double-check all details before placing an order. If you have entered an incorrect adress for delivery, it has to be changed before the order is fulfilled. The change of adress can only be done after reaching out to support@zencoreyoga.com. Please include order number as well as the correct delivery information when contacting us about your incorrect address. 

What is your return policy?

We accept unused, unwashed, unaltered merchandise with tags attached, for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Customer are responsible for shipping cost. Please refer to our return policy page for more information and to get started with a return.

Can I exchange my order?

As of today do we not offer free exchanges. We do offer returns for a full refund if you for any reason are not satisfied with our products. Note: customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. 

When will I receive my refund?

Once we have confirmed by email that you will be given a refund for the returned product(s), depending on your bank, please allow up to ten billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement.

How do I place an order?

Placing an order is easy at zencoreyoga.com. Simply choose the item you wish to purchase and add it to your shopping cart. Then proceed to the checkout page where you fill in your personal/shipping information and pay for the order. Make sure to complete all steps in the payment process so that we can capture the payment and ship your order as fast as possible. 

Where do I enter my discount code?

Your discount code should be added after adding products to your cart and clicked "Check out". Apply your code in the upper right corner and it will immediately be discounted from the total sum of your oder. Please note that you can only use one discount code per order.

I want to add/remove an item to my order?

We can add/remove any item as long as the product has not yet shipped. Please contact us immediately at support@zencoreyoga.com. Otherwise, you can always place a new order for the additional items.

How do I cancel my order? 

We can cancel your order if the product has not shipped. Please contact us immediately at support@zencoreyoga.com to request a cancellation. 
If the product(s) already has been shipped, then we will walk you through our easy return process or you can read instructions on our Returns page. 

Do you offer any special discounts for yoga teachers?

Yoga instructors who are actively teaching and/or a RYT are eligible to purchase zencore apparel at 25% off. Please send an email to yogateacher@zencoreyoga.com with subject line "Yoga Teacher Discount" and include your yoga background. We are very grateful to all who are deeply involved in the global yoga community. Please allow 1-2 business days for a response. We also do have an Ambassador Program with generous perks. Please refer to our Ambassador Program page for more information.

I am between sizes. What do you recommend?

Since the leggings are made of lightweight four-way stretch fabric, sizes are not as "size sensitive" as a pair of jeans for example. If you are between two sizes, we recommend that you choose the smaller size. The leggings will still feel like a second skin and compress to your body figure. How should I wash my Zencore Yoga products?

Machine wash 40°C/104℉ inside-out, gentle cycle with mild detergent and similar colors. No Fabric softeners. Tumble dry very low, or hang-dry.

What if the color of my product was not what I expected?

The images we display on our website have the most accurate color possible. However, due to some differences in computer monitors, we cannot be responsible for these variations between the actual product and your screen. Please also keep in mind we do not have control over the color accuracy of photos taken by others. 

When do you restock (style/color/size) products?

We do not have a set schedule for when specific styles, colors, or sizes are restocked. Our focus is on quality, not quantity. Since our launch in 2017, every item we create is made with meticulous care, based on feedback from yoga teachers. We pay attention to every little detail to ensure our products are trusted by instructors and loved by yogis like yourself, fitting, feeling, and performing flawlessly. Where is your company from?

Zencore AB is a Swedish yoga clothing company founded in 2017.

Where do you manufacture your products?

Our main approach to sustainability is superior quality - We spend more time on the production and design process, ensuring that each piece or product is the highest quality so it can last for many years. All materials are sourced from local producers near the production facility - with short transportation. In addition to the superior quality, our top priority is great working conditions in modern facilities, and that our producers follow Öko-Tex Standard 100 and other certificates for sustainability.

Payment

Below are some common questions about payments when shopping at zencoreyoga.com

What payment methods do you use?

We want your shopping experience at zencoreyoga.com to feel 100% safe. Therefore payments are made through globally trusted payment systems PayPal or Shopify Payments. Please note that you do NOT have to create a PayPal account in order to pay with credit/debit cards through their payment service. zencore does not handle any credit card numbers directly. 

What should I do if my payment has not been captured?

If you are not able to pay with your debit or credit card, it is usually because your card is issued in another country than the one you are ordering from. Our payment systems typically blocks these transactions to minimize fraud. If you are not able to pay with your card, we strongly recommend reaching out to us immediately or try another card or payment method.

What is the price I am seeing?

All prices at zencoreyoga.com are inclusive of local VAT/taxes and are payable in the currency indicated on our website. For non-EU customers, additional VAT, customs charges and other levies may be incurred by your local Customs Authority on your import, at applicable rates. We reserves the right to pricing errors. In the case of obviously incorrectly priced items, we reserve the right to cancel the order.
