Refund policy

To start a return or exchange, please email support@zencoreyoga.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return or exchange.

We will get back to you with further instructions within 1–2 business days.

How to return or exchange your product

1. Email support@zencoreyoga.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return or exchange.
2. Once your request has been reviewed, you will receive return instructions by email.
3. Returns are processed within 2–5 business days after the item has been received and inspected at our warehouse.
4. Once approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method and you will receive a confirmation email.

Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take up to three billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
