RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

You have 30 days from the received order date to return any product.

How to return your product

1. Start your Return here

2. Enter your order number and email address.

3. Select your items, reason, and click "confirm".

4. If approved, you will receive an email confirmation with shipping guidelines within 1 business day.

We guarantee all Zencore's products to be free of manufacturer defects and to perform to the highest quality standards. If you for any reason are not satisfied, we accept unused, unwashed products with tags attached. Once received, all items are subject to inspection. Customer is responsible for return shipping cost. 

EXCHANGES

Do you want to exchange to a different size or product? Select "Exchange" during the Return process and let us know more details about your preferred exchange. Customer is responsible for the exchange return shipping cost.

REFUNDS

Unless anything else is agreed, we will process the return within 2-5* business days of receipt and apply a credit to your original payment method. Once this is complete, you will receive a confirmation email from us. Depending on your bank, please allow up to five billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement. We do not refund shipping charges.
