RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

How to return or exchange your product

1. Email support@zencoreyoga.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return or exchange.

2. Once your request has been reviewed, we will send you further return instructions by email within 1–2 business days.

3. Returns are processed within 2–5 business days after the item has been received and inspected at our warehouse. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs. 

4. Once approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method and you will receive a confirmation email.

We guarantee that all Zencore products are free from manufacturing defects and meet the highest quality standards. If for any reason you're not satisfied, we accept returns of unused, unwashed products with the tags still attached. 

Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take up to three billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
